Are your cookies baked fresh daily?
Heck yeah! All of our cookies begin with homemade recipes using fresh ingredients. Each cookie is hand-scooped and baked fresh daily from dough that is never ever, ever frozen.
What is your return policy?
The Cookie Shoppe does not offer returns nor accept refunds for orders that have been processed and left the building. If you encounter a problem with your order, please contact chicocookieshoppe@gmail.com with your name and a description of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes and No. We have shipped in the past but we cannot guarantee the condition of the Cookes when they arrive. If you’re willing to chance out then we would be willing to ship it. If we do ship, we highly recommend that ship next day delivery. Keep in mind that this can be expensive. Shipping costs will vary depending on how many cookies you’re shipping. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping. But if you’re willing to have a serious conversation with the Cookie Master, he may or may not have a solution for you.
What happens if there’s a problem with my order?
We strive to ensure each order is baked to your satisfaction. However, if your order is incorrect or damaged, please contact us immediately to report the issue. We will be happy to resolve the problem.
